Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Hangzhou Daoshu Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Daoshu", "we") collects through daoshumfg.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you use the quote form, we receive the details you enter: name, company, work email, country, project type, quantity and the description of your part.
- Technical details sent with the form. Your IP address, approximate country and browser type, which we use to block spam and abuse.
- Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and pages viewed. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your message and address.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your request, prepare quotes, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Who processes it
The site, the quote form and our email forwarding run on Cloudflare. Bot checks on the form use Cloudflare Turnstile. Our team reads requests in its email system. These providers process data on our behalf and for these purposes only.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business, and in any case no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
